So, healthy eating involves:
- Plenty of bread, rice, potatoes, pasta and cereals – going for the wholegrain varieties whenever you can
- Plenty of fruit and vegetables
- Some milk, cheese and yoghurt
- Some meat, poultry, eggs, beans and nuts
- A very small amount of fats and oils
- And a very small amount or no food and drinks high in fat, sugar and salt
If you want to start being healthy you need to know some rules about eating properly.
So today i'm gonna share with you my TOP 10 rules/advices about the way you should eat and live.
Remember to:
1. drink more water ( about 1,5 liters /day)
2. eat 4 or 5 small meals per day
3. walk, swim and do more exercises
4. mix nutrient on your plate
5. eat lots of fruits and vegetables which are good sources of vitamins and minerals
6. eat fish 1 or 2 times a week
7. eat lots of wholegrain products
8. eat small amount of salt ( about 4 grams a day)
9. eat less fat (animal fats), because animal fat cause heart diseases and obesity
10. eat less sugar, you should avoid sweet cakes and drinks
