ABOUT ME

I thought that i will answer some questions from About me Tag to let you knew me better ! :) 

So let's get start it ! 


1. What is your name?

    My name is Milena  :)

2. What is your Favorite subject in school?
 
    When i was in high school hmm.. maybe biology and English 

3. Whats your Favorite drink?

     Warm water with honey and lemon

4. What is your Favorite song at the moment?

     I was made for loving You by Tori Kelly and Ed Sheeran

5. Do you participate in any sports?

     I love riding a bike !  

6. Favorite Color?

    Purple and pastel yellow

7. Favorite Animal?

    Guinea pigs and dogs :) 

8. Have you graduated high school?

    Yes, i'm at University :)

9. Have you ever been out of the country? if so how many times? 

    No, I've never been abroad 

10. Do you speak any other language?

    Just Polish and English 

11. How many siblings do you have?

   I'm an only child

12. What is your favorite store? 

   Every store where i can find food :)

13. Do you like school?

   I like my University ( sometimes )
 
14. Favorite movie?

   Nothing Hill, The Best of me, Jurassic World (at the moment)

15. Favorite TV show? 

  Cougar Town, Friends

16. How tall are you?

  I'm a tiny person, 156 cm. :)

HEALTHY EATING PYRAMID

The food pyramid is designed to make healthy eating easier. Healthy eating is about getting the correct amount of nutrients – protein, fat, carbohydrates, vitamins and minerals you need to maintain good health.





So, healthy eating involves:



  • Plenty of bread, rice, potatoes, pasta and cereals – going for the wholegrain varieties whenever you can
  • Plenty of fruit and vegetables
  • Some milk, cheese and yoghurt
  • Some meat, poultry, eggs, beans and nuts
  • A very small amount of fats and oils
  • And a very small amount or no food and drinks high in fat, sugar and salt



If you want to start being healthy you need to know some rules about eating properly. 



So today i'm gonna share with you my TOP 10 rules/advices about the way you should eat and live. 


Remember to:


1.   drink more water ( about 1,5 liters /day)

2.   eat 4 or 5 small meals per day
3.   walk, swim and do more exercises
4.   mix nutrient on your plate
5.   eat lots of fruits and vegetables which are good sources of vitamins and minerals
6.   eat fish 1 or 2 times a week
7.   eat lots of wholegrain products
8.   eat small amount of salt ( about 4 grams a day)
9.   eat less fat (animal fats), because animal fat cause heart diseases and obesity 
10. eat less sugar, you should avoid sweet cakes and drinks
